To help churches to be equipped with quality leaders.
To provide church leaders and potential leaders with knowledge, skills and motivation for behavioral change through organising training, seminars and workshops.
To motivate churches to be effective in evangelism, church planting and social work through training of their leaders.
To develop a program to meet the training needs of the churches.
