The Church growth rate in Nepal is very high but trained leaders are very few, more information of the church in Nepal will be found elsewhere on this website.
Most of the local church leaders are untrained and cannot leave home for long-term study because of family/Church responsibilities and lack of finances. Also, most of them have insufficient education to cope with theological training!
We have realised that these leaders in our country should have training in some way. Therefore some of the key leaders from different churches in Pokhara, Nepal decided to start
